PINEAPPLE, ORANGE, & BANANA SMOOTHIE

As promised, let's make something delicious (and nutritious!):

Hope you're in the mood for pineapples, oranges, and bananas. :)

In the states we have these little things called Cuties that resemble oranges, but they really aren't small oranges, as I first thought. Specifically, they're clementine mandarins. If you don't have these, I'm pretty sure either clementines or mandarins will work perfectly.

If you don't know how to cut your own pineapple, look here! It's easy peasy and worth the saved money. Just blend everything up and pour into a pretty glass. You can even get fancy and stick a piece of pineapple on the cup's edge.

Here's a little recipe card for you to make life easier:

Unlike my other smoothie recipe, this one is a bit healthier...unless the amount of sugar from the fruit and honey cancels everything out. Ah, well. It TASTES healthy!

Yum! these are my favorite ingredients for smoothies. Whenever I go out for smoothies, I usually have to find something with pineapple or bananas.

Yum! I've totally put my green juice and smoothies in pretty stemware. It makes them taste better I swear

I make a honey banana almond butter almond milk smoothie that tastes like a milk shake!

I'm loving the look of your blog, btw.

Milynn: Yay! Glad it's right up your alley. :)

Brhea: I need to try the green smoothies...I'm a little scared, but I'm sure it's actually good. Totally agree! I put everything in little wine and champaign glasses...smoothies, milk, tea, whatever. Your smoothie sounds to die for!!! Thanks so much for the compliments and for dropping by. :)

Naomi: Well thank you! It's on my to-do list! Unfortunately, the lighting in the kitchen isn't up to par like the lighting in my office, so I have to tote all the ingredients away from the kitchen. Kinda makes it hard to actually cook, ha.
