I almost saw the sunrise this morning, until I decided to lie back down for just a second, which caused me to completely miss it all. Next time, right?
We threw a joint-Halloween party this weekend, and I have to admit that while we had a blast, I think I'm getting older and feel partied out. I'm going to try extra-hard to actually decorate outside for the adorable trick-or-treaters that come to our door every year, and I think I'm covered, thanks to leftover decor from the party, which I lugged home with us, much to my husband's dismay.
I'm feeling pretty mellow at the moment, designing away and listening to Jack Johnson. Watch this music video of his. Dare you not to grin a little.

Aww, boo! <Pun intended, haha! We went as Taylor Swift and John Mayer (post break-up). I think when we hand out candy we'll be the Flinstones for the second (or third?) year in a row so that Xena can partake as Pebbles...well, more like a grumpy Pebbles. :)
