It's an appropriate day to continue the Similarities series, in my opinion. Here is the very first one if you missed it.
I thought I'd share a painting and a disgruntled animal with you today:
The top specimen is my beloved sidekick that cheers me on with her snores throughout the day. She can inspire things, you see. Oh, and don't ask...I didn't name her. It's pronounced "Zee-nah." As in warrior princess, you ask? Yes, yes, you're right. Sigh. Although, the name Xena does make for pretty cute nicknames, I have to admit. In order not to bore you, I'll only list my top three favorites: Zee Bear, Zoo Zoo, and Xenie. Ah, and the painting is named "Boston."
Do you have a sidekick as well?

Great post! Xena is too adorable! The painting makes me think of rainy days in big cities, which I love!
Thanks Sarah! She's a bit dramatic, but we love her. Ahh, I never thought of it that way. I can completely see that! :) I love when I get to hear different interpretations of art. It's funny that you say that, because it's been raining all day here, and I was in the mode to post about this.
Gotta love doggy drama! She sure looks sweet though!
Jess: I know! Thank you though. :) She would bask in the glorious attention.
Ahh she's so adorable! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog - since now I found yours! :)
My family's dog, Molly, is sadly in Hong Kong while I'm in NYC...she's too adorable! Love pets, they are the cutest!
This post made me laugh out loud...I totally see the resemblence.
Xena the warrior dog is pretty cute!! my little sidekick like to snore away the day too (mine is a cat, nicknamed bean).
Haha I love it! If I had any artistic ability at all, my pups would definitely inspire me! Looks awesome!
Jess: Ha, thanks! You're so welcome. :) Aww, you must miss Molly so much. One of my friends is also from Hong Kong, and she misses going back home. I hope you love NYC! :)
Vanessa: Thank you so much! I'll definitely come by. :)
Rosa: Yay! She REALLY didn't want to stand on that table to get her picture taken. I had about a 1.5 minute window before she got whiney.
E: Why thank you! Awww, your cat snores too?? How funny. I had never heard a dog snore constantly until I met Xena. Aw, Bean. That's too adorable.
Kelley: Haha thank you! Happy weekend!
I wish I had a dog to inspire me!! This is great.
Daisy: They're the best little cheerleaders you could ask for. :) Thank you!
absolutely ADORE this duo - Xena and Boston - both amazing :)
Xx.
